Our Specialty Robusta is sourced from multiple regions in Dak Lak Province, most notably from Cu M'Gar, offering rich volcanic soil and optimal rainfall and elevation.

ECRE's expertise hones our Robusta roasting, enhancing flavours and aromas for a coffee that truly captures Vietnam’s rich café culture.

Specialty Grade Robusta

This is not mass-market Vietnamese Robusta. Our selectively harvested beans undergo meticulous honey processing, utilising controlled mucilage fermentation to enhance the final cup profile. This method cultivates inherent depth, syrupy smoothness, and a natural, rich cocoa complexity.

We're the first here in Australia dedicated exclusively to Specialty Robusta, and our mission is simple: show you what Vietnamese beans can really do. For too long, everyone just accepted basic coffee. We went looking for something better, something extraordinary. WHAT IS VIETNAMESE COFFEE?


Vietnamese coffee is known for its bold flavour, rich body, and slow brewing style using a traditional phin filter. Unlike many Western coffees that use Arabica, Vietnamese coffee is typically made with Robusta beans, giving it a stronger taste and naturally higher caffeine. Brewed hot over ice or mixed with condensed milk, it creates the iconic sweet, creamy, and intense coffee experience loved around the world.
