Order Processing
Processing time refers to the manufacturing and preparation time before your order is shipped.
Fresh Roasted Coffee
We roast fresh coffee every Friday. To meet our roaster’s schedule, beans must be prepared one week in advance. We do our best to estimate demand to ensure your coffee is as fresh as possible.
- Standard Processing: If our demand estimates are accurate, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Slight Order Excess: If we experience a slight increase in orders, your coffee will be prepared for the upcoming Friday roast.
- High Order Volume: In the unlikely event of a significant excess of orders, any orders placed after Thursday may be delayed until the next available roasting slot, which is the Friday after the upcoming Friday roast. This could result in a maximum delay of two weeks. Should this occur, a notification will be displayed prominently on our website.

Other Products
Certain products require additional manufacturing time:
- Nespresso pods: Please allow up to 7 business days for manufacturing.
- Phin filters: Please allow up to 7 business days for manufacturing.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
- Processing Time: Please see the "Order Processing" section above for details on manufacturing and preparation times.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location. Customers can view the shipping cost estimate at checkout.
- Tracking: All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched.
International Shipping (Outside Australia)
- Processing Time: Please see the "Order Processing" section above for details on manufacturing and preparation times.
- Shipping Methods: We provide international shipping via standard air mail and express courier services.
- Delivery Time: Delivery times vary by destination but typically range from 7-21 business days for standard shipping and 3-7 business days for express shipping.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs and duties imposed by their country’s customs. VietCaPhe is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply after a purchase is completed.
- Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are based on the destination country and the weight of the order. An estimate will be provided at checkout.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
General Shipping Information
- Packaging: All items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. VietCaPhe is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Damaged Items: In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
