Traditional Vietnamese Coffee Brewing:

The VietCaPhe Signature Coffee Phin offers a traditional Vietnamese way of enjoying your morning coffee. Its sleek design and premium materials make it not only a functional tool but also a stylish addition to your coffee-making arsenal.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Prepare the Phin: Place the brewing chamber on top of your coffee cup.
  2. Add Coffee Grounds: Add 15-20g of coarse ground coffee to the chamber.
  3. Screw on the Tamp: Gently screw on the tamp to press the coffee grounds evenly, but not too tight as to prevent water from flowing through.
  4. Add Hot Water: Pour a small amount of hot water (about 20ml) to bloom the coffee, then wait for 30 seconds.
  5. Fill with Water: Fill the chamber with hot water (about 90-95°C) up to the top.
  6. Cover with Lid: Place the lid on top and let the coffee drip slowly into your cup. This process should take about 4-5 minutes.
  7. Enjoy: Once the dripping stops, your traditional Vietnamese coffee is ready to enjoy. Add sweetened condensed milk or sugar to taste.

Difference Between VietCaPhe's Signature Phin and Traditional Phin:

The VietCaPhe Signature Coffee Phin is a three-part filter, consisting of the lid, screw-on tamp, and brewing chamber. This design is straightforward and easy to use, making it perfect for those who prefer simplicity and efficiency.

In contrast, the 4-part Phin includes an additional base plate. The base plate provides extra stability and can help in achieving a more even extraction. However, it can be slightly more cumbersome to clean and assemble compared to the 3-part Phin.
